Refund Policy — Triveni Aggarwal Brooms

At Aggarwal Brooms, we stand behind every Triveni broom we ship. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

1. Eligibility

Return / replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original sealed packaging.
Manufacturing defects, wrong product shipped, or damage in transit are fully covered.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Used or opened brooms.
Items damaged due to misuse after delivery.
Custom-printed bulk orders.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received & inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Bulk orders may opt for replacement instead of refund.

4. How to Request a Return

Email info@aggarwalbrooms.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. Our team will arrange a pickup or instruct you on the next step.

5. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (defect, wrong item, damaged), we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, shipping is borne by the buyer.
